This means that if you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return within 60 days of your purchase date.  Forever Silver wants you to be happy with your jewelry and strives to help satisfy you in every way possible.

Please note that items that have been worn are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. We request that you pay for the shipping to our facility, and in return, we will ship any exchanges back to you free of charge.
